Svadhyay Return & Refund Policy

At Svadhyay, each product is crafted with care to offer the best results for your journey of self-discovery. Should you need to return a product, we’re here to assist.

 

Eligible for Refund/Replacement:

  • Incorrect product received

  • Product arrived damaged

  • Product expired upon arrival

 

How to Initiate a Return/Replacement:
Email us at service@svadhyay.in within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

 

 

Our Process:

  1. Approval: Once approved, we’ll arrange for the product pickup.

  2. Verification: Upon receipt, we’ll inspect the returned item.

  3. Refund: If verified, your refund will be processed between 3-5 days.

Please note: Requests made beyond 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
